1. Eligibility
By using AC3O’s services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction) and are capable of entering into a binding agreement. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to maintain its accuracy.
2. Certification Process
Certification is granted upon successful completion of the required coursework, examinations, and assessments. All credentials are issued digitally and verified through secure accreditation and blockchain verification systems. Certificates are for personal use only and are non-transferable.
3. Code of Conduct
Candidates must uphold the highest standards of academic and professional integrity. Any form of plagiarism, impersonation, cheating, or unethical behavior may result in immediate disqualification, revocation of certification, and permanent ban from AC3O programs.
4. Intellectual Property Rights
All course materials, logos, texts, videos, designs, and other intellectual property appearing on this site are owned or licensed by AC3O. Unauthorized use, distribution, or reproduction of any AC3O content without prior written consent is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
5. Use of Platform
You agree not to use the website for unlawful purposes or in any way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the platform. Activities such as unauthorized access attempts, data scraping, reverse engineering, or introducing malware are strictly prohibited.
6. Payment, Refund & Return Policy
All fees for AC3O certifications and digital products must be paid in full before access is granted. By enrolling, you acknowledge and agree to AC3O’s Refund & Return Policy. Unless otherwise stated, all payments are final and non-refundable as AC3O programs provide immediate access to digital educational materials and credentials.
7. ONRIGA Accreditation
All AC3O certifications are accredited by ONRIGA — a global authority in compliance education. This ensures that issued credentials meet international standards recognized by regulators, financial institutions, and VASPs (Virtual Asset Service Providers).
8. Privacy & Data Protection
Your personal information is collected, processed, and stored in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using our site, you consent to the use of your data as outlined therein.
9. Limitation of Liability
AC3O and its affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the website or services. Certification does not guarantee employment, job placement, or career advancement.
10. Account Suspension & Termination
AC3O reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in misconduct, or misuse the certification platform. Terminated users forfeit access to all purchased materials and certificates without refund.
