Refund & Return Policy

This Refund and Return Policy governs all purchases made through the Global Association of Certified Crypto Compliance Officers (AC3O) at www.ac3o.org. By enrolling in our certification programs or purchasing any digital product, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms.

1. General Policy Overview

All AC3O certifications and digital course materials are provided electronically and grant immediate access to intellectual content and credential systems. Therefore, we do not offer refunds, cancellations, or returns once a purchase has been completed.

2. No Refund Policy

All payments made to AC3O are final and non-refundable, including but not limited to:

  • Failure to access or begin a course after purchase.
  • Change of personal circumstances, job status, or availability.
  • Duplicate enrollment for the same certification program.
  • Unsuccessful completion of the certification exam.
  • System or internet issues on the candidate’s end.

3. Digital Return Policy

Because all AC3O programs deliver digital content (e-books, course materials, and exams) instantly upon payment, no physical returns or reversals are possible. Once access credentials or certification IDs are issued, the purchase is considered consumed and final.

4. Fairness & Transparency

This policy ensures fairness, prevents misuse of digital credentials, and supports the integrity of a globally recognized certification framework. Course fees include not only educational material but also accreditation verification, credential management, and administrative costs.

5. Technical Errors & Duplicate Payments

In the rare event of a billing error, duplicate payment, or gateway malfunction:

  • Report the issue within 48 hours of the transaction by emailing support@ac3o.org.
  • Attach proof of payment and transaction reference.
  • If verified, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

6. Course Transfers or Replacements

AC3O does not permit transfer of fees between courses or candidates. However, in certain justified cases such as accidental enrollment in the wrong course, requests for course replacement may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis at AC3O’s sole discretion.

7. Dispute Resolution

Before filing any chargeback or payment dispute, please contact our support team for resolution. Submitting unwarranted disputes or false claims may result in permanent suspension of your certification account and blacklisting across AC3O-accredited institutions.

8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

This Refund and Return Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New York, USA. Any disputes arising from transactions with AC3O shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of competent courts in New York, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
